What data is collected
The data controller is the owner of the Artatlas website; contact for enquiries — ziminoyd@gmail.com. This policy is published in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (Art. 18.1) and applies to every section of artatlas.site.
Visiting the site automatically records technical browser and device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, pages viewed and time spent, referral source. This data is collected through Yandex.Metrica (including Webvisor — recording of on-page actions: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling) and Google Analytics. The site does not request or store your name, phone number, or ID data.

Why we collect it
The sole purpose is to understand which content is read, where visitors come from, and how to improve the site's navigation and content. Data is not used for personalised advertising, profiling, or decisions about a specific individual.

Where the data is stored
Yandex.Metrica data is processed and stored on Yandex's servers in Russia, in line with Art. 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Google Analytics data, however, is transferred and processed on Google's servers outside the Russian Federation (including in the US) — this is a cross-border data transfer, and we disclose it explicitly, as the law requires. By remaining on the site without disabling cookies, you confirm you are aware of this and consent to processing on these terms; you can withdraw consent at any time as described in item 04.

Your rights and contacts
You can disable analytics collection at any time in your browser settings (blocking cookies) or with a tracker-blocking extension — this will not restrict access to the site's content. If you have emailed us, your address is used only to reply and is never published. For any questions about data processing, including a request to clarify or delete information about you, write to ziminoyd@gmail.com.
